The An Absolutely Remarkable Thing was adapted into a movie in 2018.

The book is about a young woman named April May, who discovers a mysterious sculpture in her New York City apartment building. The sculpture is of a man with a large head and an elongated body. She soon discovers that there are other sculptures like this one all over the world.

As she begins to investigate the sculptures, she learns that they are the work of an unknown artist who goes by the name of “The Great Artist.” She also discovers that the sculptures have the power to grant people’s wishes.

The book follows April as she tries to uncover the identity of The Great Artist and the secrets of the sculptures.

The book features a number of pop culture references, as well as some more obscure ones. One of the more notable ones is the inclusion of the character John Oliver, who is a popular British comedian and political commentator. Other special characters include a talking dog, an alien, and a robot.

I thought it was an interesting book. It was a little slow in the beginning, but it picked up towards the end. I liked the idea of the book, and I think it was executed well.
