There are several reasons why the Dune community is highly rated. First, the community is located in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. Second, the community is well-maintained and offers a variety of amenities to its residents. Finally, the community is friendly and welcoming, and residents feel like they belong.

The possible turnover from selling the Dune could be very high. It all depends on how much the company is willing to sell it for and how many people are willing to buy it.
