Lilac Girls is the story of three women during World War II. One is a Polish teenager who is sent to Ravensbrück, the notorious Nazi concentration camp for women. The second is an American debutante in New York City who joins the war effort as a journalist. The third is a British socialite who becomes a spy for the British government. The three women’s lives become intertwined as they fight for survival during the war.
