Silent Child

Joanne Froggatt is an English actress, best known for her role as Anna Bates in the ITV period drama Downton Abbey. She has also appeared in the films In Our Name and My Summer of Love.

The Silent Child belongs to a series of books called The Sarah A. Denzil series. Sarah A. Denzil is the author of the series.

The Silent Child is a story about a young girl named Sarah who is born without the ability to speak. Her parents are told that she will never be able to speak and are advised to put her in a home for the mentally disabled. Sarah’s parents refuse to believe that their daughter will never be able to speak and decide to raise her at home.

As Sarah grows up, she is able to communicate with her parents through sign language. Sarah is a happy and content child, but she longs to be able to speak like other children her age.

One day, Sarah’s parents take her to see a speech therapist who is able to help her learn how to speak. Sarah is finally able to communicate with the outside world and is no longer silent.
