Simon Sinek is a British-American author, motivational speaker, and organizational consultant. He is the author of five books, including the best-selling Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action. Sinek is also the founder of the production company Insanely Simple Ideas, which produces short-form video content for business and education.
