B. V. Larson is an American author who has written over fifty novels in the science fiction, fantasy, and horror genres. He is best known for his military science fiction series, the Star Force series. Larson began writing in the early 1990s and his first novel, Battlecruiser Alamo, was published in 1992. Since then, Larson has published a new book almost every year. He has also dabbled in self-publishing and has had some success with his eBook sales. In addition to his writing career, Larson is also an accomplished software engineer and has developed a number of computer games.
