British author Mary Elizabeth Braddon was born in London in 1835. Her father died when she was young, and her mother was left to raise five children on her own. Braddon began writing at a young age and had her first novel published when she was just 21 years old. She went on to write more than 60 novels in her lifetime. Braddon is best known for her 1862 novel, Lady Audley’s Secret, which was a sensation in its day and is considered one of the first examples of the genre of sensation fiction. Braddon was also known for her scandalous personal life; she lived with her husband and her lover in a “menage a trois” and was the subject of much gossip and scrutiny. Despite (or perhaps because of) her notoriety, Braddon was a very popular author in her day, and her novels were widely read.

There is no record of the circumstances under which The Christmas Hirelings was written.

The Christmas Hirelings is highly rated because it is a great community that is very friendly and welcoming. There are always things to do and the community is always willing to help.

The possible turnover from selling the The Christmas Hirelings could be quite high if the book is marketed correctly. There is a lot of potential for this book to be turned into a movie or tv show, which would generate a lot of interest and potential sales.
