The Woman in the Window

A. J. Finn is the pen name of Dan Mallory, an American editor and author of thrillers. His debut novel, The Woman in the Window, was published in 2018 to critical and commercial success.

Mallory began his publishing career as an editorial assistant at William Morrow. He later worked as an editor at Random House and as a literary agent at ICM Partners. In 2013, he left publishing to pursue a career as a writer.

The Woman in the Window was inspired by Mallory’s own battle with anxiety and depression. The novel follows the story of Anna Fox, a recluse who spends her days drinking wine and spying on her neighbors. When she witnesses a crime, she becomes embroiled in a mystery that threatens her safety.

The Woman in the Window was a New York Times bestseller and was named one of the best books of 2018 by several publications. Mallory is currently working on his second novel.

The “Tales from the Multiverse” series is a set of stories set in the same continuity, but in alternate universes. The first story, “The Multiverse Chronicles: Origins” introduces the concept of the multiverse and sets up the story for the rest of the series. “The Multiverse Chronicles: Revelations” is the second story in the series and introduces the characters of the series. “The Multiverse Chronicles: Beginnings” is the third story in the series and introduces the conflict of the series. “The Multiverse Chronicles: Endings” is the fourth and final story in the series and resolves the conflict.

The Woman in the Window is the first book in the series. It introduces the reader to the main character, Anna Fox. Anna is a child psychologist who lives alone in New York City. She spends her days drinking wine, watching old movies, and spying on her neighbors. One day, she sees something she shouldn’t have, and her life is changed forever.
