Agatha Christie is one of the world’s best-known mystery writers. She was born in England in 1890 and wrote her first mystery novel, The Mysterious Affair at Styles, in 1920. Christie wrote 66 mystery novels, as well as 14 short story collections, and her work has been translated into more than 100 languages. She is best known for her characters Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple, and for her novels And Then There Were None and The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. Christie’s work is still popular today, and her novels have been adapted for film and television numerous times.

I am planning to write a series of articles on the topic of social media and its effects on society. In particular, I would like to focus on the ways in which social media can be used to promote positive social change. I believe that social media has the potential to connect people from all over the world and help to create a more tolerant and understanding society.

They Came to Baghdad is the fifth book in the Agatha Christie ELT Readers series. The novel follows Victoria Jones, an adventuress who is hired by a mysterious man to find a lost city. Jones’ search takes her to Baghdad, where she meets a host of interesting characters, including a handsome prince. The novel is a suspenseful read, full of twists and turns.
